Well, the latest X ASUKA instrallment was a bit of a disappointment. Not in the events that took place, but in the size - 14 pages?! And the one before was only 18. You'd think CLAMP would want to hurry it up (this being the year 2001, and the subtitle "their destiny was foreordained: 1999" starting to lose its relevence ^^; ). I suppose they have been busy with Angelic Layer recently, that's become quite big I think. Pity I don't like it very much ^^.



I made an order from the Japan Book Plaza the other day! *runs around room happpily* Soon I will get a lovely package in the mail containing August Ribon, HanaKimi #3 and Sora Sora. The last is a one-volume manga by Maki Youko, who's currently writing Atashi wa Bambi in Ribon. At first I didn't like her art style, the eyes especially are very odd-looking, but now I'm used to it I love it! It's unusual. Then I saw the ads in Ribon for Sora Sora and thought I should try it. There are translations for 3 out of 4 chapters too, so that's good. The story is about two friends, a girl Sorako and a boy Sorao. With such a cute idea, how could anyone resist it? I certainly couldn't ^^. Anyway I hope my order arrives okay as the person I spoke to didn't want any ISBN numbers! I tried to say them but ... he just wanted the title and the author ... so now I have stress about whether the right things will arrive or not *bites nails* I'll just have to hope!
